We will use the contact email and home address details provided on any order unless we are informed otherwise – either through submission of a Registration Form or an email to orders@safemma.org with details of the order and further instructions.

- Please ensure when ordering that you are either registered with SafeMMA OR you submit a Registration Form
*If someone else is ordering the pack for you, please ensure we receive details either on your form or through an email to orders@safemma.org - Unless we are told otherwise (via the online form or email) the pack will be sent to the address given on the order
- If the pack is not received within 3 working days, please let us know ASAP at orders@safemma.org
- The blood test pack includes return postage to the lab within the UK and analysis (Hep B, Hep C & HIV), however it is your responsibility to find a qualified medical professional to draw your bloods
- That medical professional will also need to check your photo ID and complete the lab form, before returning the form along with your blood sample in the pre-paid, pre-addressed envelope included in your pack
- You will need to email us a copy of the completed lab form (which does come in duplicate) else we will NOT be able to release your results

- A concessionary rate of £85 is available to competitors registered or registering with SafeMMA
